So far the experience has been good. It will have been excellent if they don't charge me for the days I couldn't return the truck because of the severe Texas weather. But so far it has been a four star experience.

4 Stars since nothings been stolen from here and the people are friendly. But HOLY POTHOLES batman really Since 2016, we simply do not have the technology fill these. But my 2units AND 2cargo trailers are still there. And that's way better than what I can say for "I"hual storage. I'd rather have potholes as oppose to nothing. The crew is trust worthy and helpfully. Once stayed after closing to help me find my keys. But If you pay online or on the phone after 2pm Saturday, someone will reactivate your gate code at 10AM MONDAY. the gate won't unlock unless someones in the office to reactivate your code. So that's good to know.

I highly recommend using Spring Bargain Storage. Don`t be scared off because they have lower prices. They are just not over charging people. The units and property are clean, safe and secure. Chelsie was very professional and helpful. After I had rented and paid, I saw my unit, and it had prior dents and some small scarps that was already there. Just wanted to make sure they knew it wasn't from me. She was very nice and thanked me for letting her know. She knew they were old and had been painted over. So I don`t see anyway that anyone could have any problems here. I think they are great, and we will also be parking a camper there long term in the future.

I didn't rent because they didn't have a large enough CC unit available but the lady there Zaneesha was very nice and helpful I'll be referring some other poeple to this property. Even though they didn't have it she told me about the gunspoint location lol and I'll be over there soon to rent a large CC UNIT .

I am moving back to spring area needed a unit To store furniture. Called and left a message In 10 minutes had a return call and was reserved one that day. Came to pay the following weekend and was greeted with a smile an a hello. Took my name and within 30 min had a contract. Set up payment plan and even got a lock with the unit.she meet us at the unit at there south location to take off there lock and in no time I was loading my stuff. Also the office was remodeled nice and clean .great place to put your stuff.

I must have called 100 different places trying to find a fair price and location and of course the last two I called were the two I liked the most. I called and had to leave a message and, Chelsea, promptly called me back. Getting my paperwork done, access code, unit number, and the free lock & keys took all of 10 minutes and I was surprisingly done! The property is really clean and the units have a light. Since this isn't my first rodeo with storages, I mainly look for security. I can honestly say that because of Chelsea and the security of knowing that my stuff is safe, I feel more comfortable than ever before with Spring Bargain Storage.

We've used Spring Bargain Storage for about a year now. They have been wonderful. The staff is great. The office is nice & clean. They have 2 storage locations and both are secure and kept nicely. Love that they send us payment reminders and we can make payment online.
