We've been using this storage facility for the last 4 years, and while I can't really complain about the facility itself, my only issue would be the constant price increases. My items have been stored very well; no flood damage, haven't had any insect issues, and the security is efficient. However, like I said, the price increases happen far too often for my liking.

The attendant is friendly and usually helpful. Price is reasonable. Military discount given.

I would make some adjustments in regards to security such as extending the height of the fence. Otherwise, I am happy with their services. They provide air conditioned units, at a different price. The staff is friendly and professional. Great storage facility.

The location is fantastic and the property is well kept and really clean. When we arrived to rent our unit, the staff members again were very warm and friendly, helpful and professional. The staff explained exactly what I needed without attempting to up sell additional merchandise.

The best people i know and great costumer service Maria and Butch are very understanding and will work out a solution to help you out in any way they can and on top of that they have lower prices than all the other storage's in the palm valley area ive also been with them for about 1yr and 3 months renting a storage.
