I came here when it was still Metro; I loved the 24 hr access and how easy the lady made the process as I was moving from San Antonio and wouldn't be in until after office hours (thank you so much!). They lost a star due to the auto-pay feature that never worked and the fact that 'Move-It' is no longer 24 hours. While the company changed, I'm happy to say the nice lady is still working the office and she is just as awesome and nice as my first experience.

Had been at this storage place for about 3 years. I have not had any problems and the alarm system works well. Since the beginning everything was smooth, from renting the unit to moving out. Front office staff very friendly and costumer service is excellent. I now have a house but would use their service in the future 100%.

Awesome service all the time. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is great very friendly and kind. Unfortunately the facility has had some issues since being there which caused me to delay my process of moving. My unit was locked and I had to wait wait for the business to open to get in. Next the arm to get it was broken and had to wait for it to be removed and repaired. System had an update which locked me out for a weekend. 😔😔 but the employees and manager were very kind and apologized for the mishaps.

Kayleigh the Manager is very Customer Service oriented, and handled our Families storage needs in a very professional manner. The location is very clean and well kept. Kayleigh let us view the size of units to determine our Family's needs, and then she personally ensured the unit we selected was clean and ready! We were very happy and relieved to learn that there is actually a drainage system at this location, in the event of heavy rain, flooding etc. We highly recommend this Metro Self Storage location and Kayleigh! It's refreshing to find this caliber of Customer Service.

Property Manager was awesome and let me know everything about the place. I'm impressed that each individual unit has an alarm and if you don't type in your code & then your unit is opened, the alarm will sound, and she is right there, living on property. Really nice to know she's there. I wish I could remember her name. She's really nice. :) Highly recommend!

I have used Metro Storage before and decided to use it again. The fact that this facility has 24hr access is the biggest reason why I use Metro plus each unit is clean. I am very Pleased with the professionalness, knowledge and curtesy of Joe.
