Libby at Move - It Storage on Montlimar is very professional, patient and understaning. The storge unit was clean and fir our needs.

I told the gentleman what I needed and he took me to an empty storage unit to view. It was the perfect size. I was given a great discount which moved my first payment to March. Overall I had a great experience from start to finish.

I felt special, the young lady that help me deserves a raise, she certainly has your customers first, she went above and beyond in helping me, the unit I needed was taken by an on-line customer and by the time I returned with my money order, the unit was no longer available, but she searched her computer and found me a unit, that is good customer service, she could have been apologetic, but instead she found a solution, so my thanks and bravo goes out to her whom I wished I had remembered her name and my thanks goes out to Move It Storage for hiring goes people

Michelle was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me and a friend of mine rent a unit while he was working offshore and I was laid up due to surgery. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and was a massive blessing in a time of crisis. My experience with move-in self-storage was great because I needed a storage unit that day and have been to numerous places that was filled up already are it took so long but I had to leave but the attendant at move it self storage was so nice and kind and polite and did everything that she could do to help me find the storage that I needed..an she took so much stress from my situation knowing that someone cares... and the process was so quick and easy it was just a great experience thank you

I had a wonderful first experience with Move it. The property manager was awesome, he really wanted to help in any way he could and made it his business to make sure I was happy before I left. The prices were good and the units although not climate controlled were in pretty decent shape. Property was clean also. Great experience!

I love it, Stephanie the property manager is awesome!!!!!! I've been here for 1 year now and as long as she's here I'll stay! The other receptionists are very unhelpful and rude.. I really love my office space! I had a situation concerning my bill, Stephanie made arrangements for me but when Stephanie went on vacation none of the arrangements where respected by the other receptionist.. I felt it was rude how the receptionist came at me... Wasnt really wanting to
