I rented a storage unit from a place down the street for a couple years for my business. The service was just ok, the prices were crazy, and the units were just alright. I wish I had come here a lot sooner. I finally compared prices and found I could get a bigger unit here for less than half the price. For someone that runs a small construction business this place is perfect. The prices are better and the customer service is fantastic. Shameka especially is awesome. She always goes above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the young ladies in the office. Even though one was training she was very sweet and the other lady was very patient and knowledgeable. I chose Securcare over Public storage because of them.

It is a great place to store your things. The site has a good space to leave machines or work cars. It is clean and safe.

It is fine. However, do not make the mistake of going after hours if you order your unit(s) online because you will not be able to get in. You have to get a special code.

Prompt acknowledge when entering the facility. She pulled up reservation and explained clearly all the contract details. My experience was pleasant.

Mr. Cundif at the front office was very kind and helpful when we decided to upgrade our storage unit. We have been renting a storage unit and parking space for over a year and have never had any issues. The parking area could use a little upgrade but over all fine. Every time I have a question they always answer the phone and the gate always works which is a huge blessing specially when we have to pick up our work truck and leave quickly. Overall satisfied with this location.

This is an affordable storage unit. The only negative is gate hours end at ten p.m.. 24 hr access would be nice, especially for those of us with hectic schedules.

WONDERFUL place and staff. While transition from 1 state to another, the staff was VERY helpful and knew the correct sizes for me and my items. Never went there and had any issues with anything. Customer service is very important and they are the BEST.

Shameka was a great help in helping us find the perfect storage to accommodate our belongings she is a phenomenal employee.

Shameka is awesome. Public storage tried to charge me all kinds of extra fees n make me buy a $22 lock from them which in the end the total was $30 more than what they quoted me on the phone and mind you the first month was only $1. So in total they wanted $63 at public storage. I said hell no n went straight over to shameka at securcare and got a bigger unit for $30 less. They charged me exactly what i was quoted and not a penny more. If you need storage this is the place.
