The lady in the office, I believe her name was Christina, was very helpful with providing me all of the information I needed and answering all of my questions so that I could make the best decision about the appropriate size and type of unit that works best for my needs. I would highly recommend going to this storage facility. You have a person who smiles and is polite, but most importantly, she's informative and helpful!

The property manager was very kind and let us pick from a wide range of units. If you’re looking for a storage unit in the RTP, this is the best value for your money! 24/7 access with your own security code is also fantastic if you are like me and need to make multiple trips after work late at night or early in the morning.

I recently moved items into a unit at SecurCare. So far, I have had excellent service. I changed my move-in date several times and experienced great customer service each time. I checked in over the phone and got all relevant codes that all worked. I checked in with Abdalla, who was extremely friendly and helpful in answering any questions that I had.

Very helpful service.

My business needed a remote storage location for an upcoming project. The rental process was easy, professional, and fairly priced. When the project did not come to fruition, we called to cancel our rental and it was just as easy as stopping by and taking the lock (that we had provided) off of the unit. Even when we forgot to remove the lock before the deadline, Abdulla was able to wave the fee and was kind enough to take our lock off and save it for us to pick up.

Secure Care has been great, they have been really helpful with finding me a storage, it’s very neat and the employee on had is very helpful and definitely a place you should get a storage at.

I stored my belongings here for about a year in a 10x10, non climate controlled unit. The value was good and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Also, I had wonderful experiences with Diamond - She is just outstanding and addressed my inquiries warmly, professionaly, and expediently.

Not fancy like some of the more expensive places, but a good place to keep your things if you want 24 hour access with security staff on site. Robert is easy to work with and helpful.

I was here for two months, taking advantage of a "first month free" promotion. The space was clean, had a working electrical outlet + light (not sure about other units), and was exactly what I was looking for. Initiation and cancellation were both a breeze and working with Bo was a pleasure. I had access 24/7 with a keycode gate that worked without fail. I never had an issue with parking and rarely saw more than one or two cars in the whole facility at a single time. Sometimes a band practices at a loud volume which I've found to improve any visit I make there. I can't comment much on drainage and weatherproofing except to say I never saw any evidence of issues during summer months. You can bring your own lock or purchase one on-site.

Bo was very helpful and courteous. He explained everything to us on the lease and walked us through the process of using the gate, getting checked in and what is expected of us when we vacate.

Union Baptist Church Couples Ministry I used an inside controlled air unit for 1 year and found the service to be very helpful. We had easy access to the unit and the staff was pleasant to work with. I recommend them to others.
