Little too expensive. Can't access after 10. Rent keeps going up every other month. Looking to relocate or stuff

We needed storage. Another Closet had what we needed and a good location. Plus Abigail provided great customer service.

They are awesome. They email you when rate goes up or down.

Another Closet was my preferred location initially due to the proximity to my own home, but my experience there made me happy it was my choice. The facility is clean. The unit I rented was clean. Prices are competitive. And the rental process was made as easy and pleasant as possible by Manager Abigail Richardson. I was initially concerned that the somewhat short and steep driveway would be difficult to navigate by a mover using a long flatbed trailer, but it proved not to be a problem. I recommend you invest in a battery powered light you can leave in the unit. Whatever light you have comes from lights in the hallway, and is not necessarily that bright.

Everything was easy and Abigail was friendly and helpful. Our unit is located close to the entrance so not having to walk far and carry boxes is a good thing.

The only drawback I could see, though not for me probably, was that the entry driveway was somewhat steep and somewhat short. Might be tricky for someone coming in with a big trailer.

Today was move in day for me, I was a little confused on the gate code, and Tiffany was right over to help me immediately. She helped me locate the storage, gave me the tips and hints to make this moving process even easier. Then made a trip to the office and back to me while I was unpacking to get me the lock I inquired about! Tiffany is a 5 star rating!

The person taking care of us was very professional and responsive. We were able to get the storage place we needed, The costs were acceptable and affordable. Thanks
