It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

I have to say that the service from this storage is awesome. We came down here from Boston trying to start a small business. Choosing this storage is because it very close to the freeway and right next to a business district area. I and my wife arrived to the office around 10 minutes passed 6pm which is already closing time. The manager, Diego, is already outside the office and ready to leave. We explained that it will make us feel safer if we can have our small cargo left in the storage instead the hotel parking lot. Diego stay and show us around the whole facility, and even help with a small loading. After the paper works, we all end up leaving around 7pm. Great service, great facility, highly recommend.

They have an amazing customer service, there is a guy named Joe who is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is secure and the units are clean. They have both climate-controlled and exterior (non-climate-controlled) units, in many sizes. Also they are in a great location very close to I-83. I will definitely stay with them as long as possible.

I like the new prices. I have been paying for this storage for 4 1/2 years now and Im glad to know that in the past few months I have noticed a change in the friendliness of the staff. It has been a hectic time for me and I am unable to go down to the valley to pick up my things. The last time I was there, I noticed everything was still how I left it. I have the confidence and security knowing that they respect our property. I am satisfied with their service. I hope that this year I can go and get my things. It has been a pleasure doing business. I have had an excellent time dealing with the phone service and on-site talent. The gentleman was very welcoming and within a few minutes had not only showed me the storage unit, but had also set up all the logistical requirements. I have been back to my unit on numerous occasions and everything is great with the staff, and my equipment. It is a very secure location and a welcoming staff.
As soon as I walked in the gentleman was very helpful and actually was being very patient considering we got there 10 minutes to closing. I will surely tell friends/family about this place. The price is decent nothing outrageous like others I called before arriving to this place. Great experience.

I've been renting a unit here for 4 years. I enjoy the security, the cleanliness, the old manager was superb. I've only been dealing with the new manager for 2 months and he's very helpful. The only thing I don't enjoy is that when they make name changes, they decide to change staff and not disclose it to tenants who are used to certain people already knowing them also if the website is down and you no longer have a call center those are things we should have been aware of before I have to go investigate what's going on. I'll update my review when I've had more experience with the new staff and company.
