If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

The electricity continues to be out in our area of the storage facility. It is hard to see in my storage unit. Not sure if the climate part of our climate controlled is working. It was 79 degrees in the area on our last visit. Dead bugs remain in the hallway.

Great On-line rental. In-person, first day check-in, was great. Showed Driver's License and bought a lock. Great value. The size of the storage is big for the rate charged. Some storage lockers in some states charge an arm and a leg for a storage locker. This Move-it storage is reasonable. Update: 02/19/2023. We moved out of the storage room after about 15 months. Every payment was online. The account stayed correct. Nobody broke in. The electronic gate worked everytime. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended.

I went to get prices and look at a storage unit with my father. My father has trouble walking. The manager there, Ramzy, went and got a golf cart to help my father look at the storage. After we saw the storage unit, he dropped us off at the front door so it was easier for my dad to get to the door. Customer service was great at that location. If you need storage, go there.
