If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Easy experience online, but in store was unavailable as on multiple occasions we were told "system is down, can't help you today". Facility is well maintained and mostly clean. Can't keep out ALL the bugs but they try. No problems this far. Happy with the ease of setup via phone and would recommend.

I’m was skeptical about parking here, but I absolutely love Los Fresnos. Stay away from Brownsville if you can. I’m sure others are nice but this was great and the manager/owner that I spoke to on the phone was really great. Extremely professional. Also, pretty new facility with coded gates and cameras all over the place. Parking spaces and wide open for rvs and boats. Plenty of space to maneuver. Indoor facilities look new but I didn’t go inside. Only there for RV but now I’ll probably get some climate controlled space.

The facility is well-maintained and the customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I booked online and received emails indicating my storage unit was ready to go with a storage number and passcode. Unfortunately, the storage office didn't have this information. I had to provide all information again before it got straightened out. Communication between online and service desk needs tweaking.

The paperwork took longer than expected but probably my fault should have call ahead in advance. My wife noticed many bees in the RV Bus parked across the aisle from our spot, very concerning probably should be looked into, hope they're not the Killer Bees. Should have told you sooner. The rental sizes are up to a foot off. Go check out a 5 x 10 unit and you will see. Electronic gate is broken. Just open during the day. If you want access after office hrs your are supposed to look around the facility to locate a part-time security; could not provide their ph # to just call. Huge hole at entrance gate; too big to avoid coming and going.

I've been using this location for storing for about three months now. The customer service that I receive is priceless. The Manager Mrs. Herrera is always accommodating to correcting whatever minor issue that may arise. This location offers very good state of the art security equipment that is always monitored. It is impeccably clean and easy to maneuver large vehicles around due to the expansive lanes for rental area access. The prices are competitive to local competition but in my opinion, the value is much more due to having peace of mind that my stored item is secure. I highly recommend this location above any other storage facility in the area for either long or short term storage.
