Returned a uhaul rental Andrew was very helpful and went the extra steps. It was right at closing but he stayed and helped.

Went to the Kemah location to buy some supplies, and the Lady Sharon was a complete delight. She was extremely friendly and helpful with my purchase. I was having a bad day and just the brief time I was there, she made my day better!!!

What an amazing experience Move It storage has been! We have four units because they are so incredible!!! We have had family members with an out with us and Rose has been fabulous as has buzz!!! We cannot recommend it more!!!

Called all around on a Friday looking for a 15, 17 or 20 ft Uhaul truck all the big places nearby were a no go. Talked to Rose at Move It she had a 20 ft and was the nicest lady. Got me all set up painlessly and she gave lots of great information and advice. Highly recommend Move It for your Uhaul needs and ask for Rose!!! She ‘s Awesome!!!

Super clean, well maintained and easy access. I've kept my boat at this facility for over 15 years. Rates are as good or better than anyone in town. They maintain and update the facility regularly. All concrete. Water hoses for clean up. Great storage place.

I have had storages here for years. Damon the manager is beyond helpful and curtious. When they say people make a business. Well damon is one of the most helpful and respectful individuals I have ever met. He makes storing things a 5 star experience.

After a very frustrating morning with UHAL (not having the trailer i ordered at the location I requested), I was sent to Move It Self Storage where Rose assisted me. She had plenty of equipment in, was very kind, helped me put the trailer on the back of my car and overall, really turned my day around. The facility was clean and organized. I will definitely call them first the next time I need help moving! Even this morning when I called the store about a question. the manager Damon not only guided me over the phone but sent me a direct link via email. Great service here, I really appreciate it. Damon is a wonderful service provider. He helps with getting trailers ready and hooking them up. Also gives you pointers for problems when traveling. Great service, clean trucks, no waiting, and all done with a big smile.

I really like this place. I went in to rent a U-Haul car dolly to transport a car and even though they didn't have exactly what I needed on the property the manager helped me to find it at a nearby location and talked directly with someone at U-Haul to make sure I could get it when and where I needed it. He even showed me a video online that explained exactly how to use the car dolly which ended up being very helpful.

My family and I are moving and we went to move it storage and loved it! It was clean and nice big units. Damon helped us so much and even took us back a few times to look at ones he had shown us earlier. I felt welcomed and not pressured into anything! Thanks Damon!!

I just moved in to my unit this weekend. There was an issue with the unit's light - it didn't work. William and I worked to determine the cause which in the end turned out to be a bad socket assembly. William replaced the socket the next day and now the light works fine. The unit was also very clean which was appreciated.

This is an excellent place to rent a storage space. William is friendly, helpful and professional! Nice concrete paved spaces. They have water hose and electrical outlet on corner of each building. Also, guest restroom.

This place give great move in specials and has very large driveway,s and units for easier access with the larger trucks and trailers. The lady who runs it is very nice and willing to do what it takes to make clients happy. She even gives referral fees. So bring your friends, family and co workers and get the moved in.
