Everyone hates using storage and the cost can feel like you're just throwing money away. However, Jennie and Maricella made having my things in storage easier. They always gave me call with reminders to pay to help me save on late fees, send emails when the policy changes, and always provided outstanding customer service.

Virginia Romero here at move it storage is one of the nicest hardest working ladies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. She's always so well informed on her job helpful, resourceful and a pleasure to interact with. Over the past few years that I've been renting out my storage and working with Jenny she has always made the experience easy and she really has a way of connecting with the customers!

Jenny is an amazing person, she has great customer service skills and have always answered all my questions. When I needed my end tax return information of what I have spend throughout the year she gave me the full amount with everything descriptive on it. I wish I didn’t have to leave this location because my box truck was always safe here, there is cameras everywhere and not once did anything happened to my belongings. I now moved to a home and no longer need the storage but I do highly recommend this place. Jenny one day called us to informed us we had left the box truck lights on and we were able to go back and turned them off. She keeps the location great and she’s always aware of her surroundings. I have been here for more than a year and it was awesome!!! Thank you for great service!!!

OMG I found this storage online and the lady from the office called me not long after. Her name was Jenny. Jenny explained to me how everything would work and how much it would be for my pro rated month. I made it there and she found us a storage close to the door and she was extremely nice the entire visit. We got caught up in talking and almost didn't want to leave. I'm so glad I found this storage with the most reasonable prices in that area and you can tell it's well kept up. Now that I meet Jenny I don't see myself changing storages anytime soon. If I move out of the unit she signed me up for yesterday 06/14/2023 and I ever need another unit this is where I will come. I can write a book about my experience at Move It Storage but I shall end it here with a huge thank you to Jenny you were a true lifesaver and I really mean that. Thanks

Went by here to look for available units. Jenny was an amazing help. We was able to get a decent price for a 10x10 storage unit. 120$ nd sum change upfront. 99$ nd sum change a month . Believe me its the best price . Very clean property, and in about out gate access to get in and jenny was very professional and fast at her service.

I was in the process of moving and urgently, needed a storage unit. I found MOVE IT SELF STORAGE on maps. Unfortunately, I under estimated the size and they did not have the size I needed available at the time. I had just paid for the unit minutes before. When I explained my issue to Jenny, she took out the time to make calls to her manager and gave me a refund. She continued to help even though it was closing time. Thank you both.

She listened to my questions and concerns, walked me into different options so I can get the best storage lot I needed. She was attentive and gave me the security I needed to leave my belongings in their location. I called many other storage lots but they didn’t give me options like Maricela gave me. The place and location are great, I would definitely recommend this place to many others.

I have been renting my storage space at Move It Self Storage, Riviera - Houston, TX location for at least 2 years. I have had a wonderful experience with the management and staff who are very professional, listen to customers and very courteous with their highly excellent service. The storage is clean and very well kept with very good security, an amazing place. I'm very happy the location has been able to accommodate my property very well including my vehicle, which is rare to find. I highly recommend them.

Found the storage location online and on visiting I was welcome by very friendly staff who showed me around and looked at different options. The storage facility is very clean and secure and the price, wow is very affordable. Also the facility is well managed and organized. I would recommend anybody whose looking for storage space especially is you need spacious space.

Move It Self Storage- Riviera East has definitely helped me out. I would definitely say that this location is ideal for me, especially when I live between two cities. The management there made me feel that my belongings are secure no matter where I'm at.

Although the building was extremely hot due to the A/C being out, the experience was nice. The clerk Ms. Ingrid was so personable and inviting. She even helped me choose the right size unit for me. She could've easily given me the bigger unit and charged me extra, but she didn't. She even told me about a special they were having so I didn't have to pay the full 1st month's fee...which really came in handy due to my situation. I would refer this place to anyone...this bigger companies are rip-offs and are only in it for the money! Keep up the good work!!
