Issues popped up when setting up for rental. Linique G. Not only solved the problems but did so very professionally and quickly. It is a pleasure doing business with her and Move It Storage.

My grandmother and I came in yesterday to downsize her storage unit and had the pleasure of being helped by LINIQUE G at the GP location! She was so sweet and helpful and answered all my grandma’s questions. She also helped a lady during our time by lending her jacket and spare walking cane bc she forgot hers! Linique was wonderful. This storage facility is in easy reach from where I live and caters to contractors and non-contractors, and permits to park vehicles, equipment on the surface spaces which is what I wanted. Great facility to have a space in , gated, neat & clean, secure, easy access from street, entry code easy to input. I have 2 spaces that I am renting on monthly basis, highly recommend his facility.

Used them for over 20 yrs I emptied my unit summer of 2022 only to return 2023 for a larger unit. storage manager is extremely friendly, property & units are well maintained & clean. Glad to be back!

Move It Storage staff was amazing during my rental process as well as during my short term with them. They had very reasonable prices with this crazy economy before the new management company came along in January of 2023. They may still be the lowest rate in the area though. The only problem is all the slopes which will require very skilled drivers to squeeze by all the tight spots. Overall I rate Move It Storage a 9 out of 10. I welcomed all my belongings back with little to no damage, just lots of dust over it’s 8 month stay.

Extremely efficient, helpful and experienced property manager on site. At 69 years of age, this was one of the simplest and friendliest rental experiences I have ever been involved with. In addition, the entire area as well as the units shown, were spotless and obviously well kept & maintained. Nothing less than 5 stars here.

This is our 2nd time renting here and the owners have always been outstanding with service and communication.

This storage center is awesome, they answered the phone, and then gave the best information and then even helped me with my contract over the phone since I’m 5 states away. Awesome simply awesome!

Laurie has excellent customer service skills; she knows the business really well and always gives you accurate information. The units are okay, but the owners have to give them some proper maintenance because the ground is shifting, and the water is filtering from the ground.

Finding the unit and renting it online was very easy and the website is accurate and user friendly. The process of getting all the paperwork was very quick and easy. The prices are great compared to other storage facilities close by. The owner is very attentive and kind. Overall great experience!

Man my experience at Move It Store was the best experience I've had with a storage company. The property manager Laurie was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions with no hesitation. I'm saying that cause I went to a couple of other places and they had to call there manager or someone else for the answers. Oh and if anybody ever ask me if I know a good storage place in the Grand Prairie area, Move It Storage is my answer.

Exceeded my expectations. This is my second time using them. This time around, when I went in to reserve my storage, I went on a cold day and without hesitation Lori took me to see units and had me set up quick. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend!!

The process was so easy to reserve and move in next day! The gentleman in the front was very polite and helpful. The unit is very affordable and clean and convenient.

I am in need of storage space and after doing some searching on the Internet and looking around town for storage places, Move It Self Storage had competitive prices and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and cheerful. That interaction led us to go and check out the storage units. Laurie, the manager, was pleasant, polite and explained the packages and storage choices. Her enthusiasm, friendliness and good customer service made it easy to choose this place. The unit I chose was clean and ready to move in items. They have a variety of sizes and price ranges.

I have always used Public Storage when having to store things. And would have problems with gate not opening when trying to leave, or gate was not even shut with office closed after hours. Each time I would try to talk to manager it was a joke getting a call back. I would have to watch for their car there to corner them to talk about not being happy with gate, bugs or lighting being out. And they charged me to make payment online also. My family chose Move it to use this time while I was hospitalized for over 30 days to store my stuff as I was looking to move anyway. At Publuc it was a hassle to have someone make payment or add them to my account. Here it was in daughter's name and transferring to mine was simple and easy. Had one issue with door locking and not letting me in, which Laurie showed up to fix right away. If I call or e-mail them I get a response within that hour if not sooner, and giving me a extra couple days before late charges start is nice. Other places charge late fee on 2nd of month, but if you call to let them know, she will work with you. And having on site security on weekends makes me fell safer here. It is not just someone living in office that you never see walking about as you do here. Prices are good here and it stays clean. Good staff, good prices with good service. Thanks for caring.

I love the service when I go in she says hello how is your day. The best customer service I have had in a long time. She goes out of her way to do what needs to be done. Back up at 10 Stars I would that is how wonderful she is.

The manager, Laurie, was VERY helpful and friendly. She notified me that I had locked my unit incorrectly. The lock was on it but in the open position. VERY much appreciated !! Unit was very clean and the cost was much cheaper than our previous storage facility.
