I've rented from this Storage Facility many times. Because it is beyond prestein as far as cleanliness and security is top notch thanks to Lisa. She is so professional and nice! Each time I've rented the start up process was a breeze, everything well explained, and the new unit was move in ready. I didn't have to sweep or take out trash! This is our 2nd year, we just rent for 1 month to store toys that will be distributed before Christmas. Lisa is very friendly & explains everything making sure we get what we need. This year I dealt with Gabriel n just like Lisa friendly, took his time explaining & making sure we were getting our needs met. Very happy using Move It for storage.

Had my unit for 4 a few months now & have only been made 2 trips 2 the unit , my 1st visit my youngest son & I were driving ^ 2 the gate a vehicle ahead of us just opened the gate & was going through so I proceeded 2 follow just as I moved the truck forward a woman comes out & says that we cannot go through after another vehicle , ( me thinking she's on top of the game 👍 ) I told her no problem , I backed up & she even helped me with my gate code !!! We proceeded to the unit which has door code access aswell another plus !!! By the time I got out to access she comes up to make sure I have no problems with the door , explains the lighting & the shows me about the certain lock on the unit itself another plus 🤙, very polite & helpful ,, I've had a few units over the years & Lisa seems to be the only one that has good people skills another plus 🤙,, a few months go by & I'm Makin a second trip there & I had to enter the gate code a few times b4 I remembered it ¿? I'm blonde ,,, anyhow I access & make it to the unit door & she meets me there & was making sure I had no problems & the door ,,, in all thus far Lisa is very attentive , helpful , funny & all the while being very professional,, I am comfortable with my possessions here & highly recommend this facility for future tenants

Lisa (Property Manager) walked me through the whole process since this was my first time renting a storage unit. She was super friendly She walked me and showed me on of the units, how to open the door with the code and how to turn on the light ect. I can't recommend this place enough! Everything was a breeze.

Lisa at the 5560 ayers location was on point. She informed me of all the policies and procedures in a professional manner. Definitely recommend this location.

The service was good. Other than the Insurence we need to get in order to lease out the storage was idiotic. The coverage doesn’t protect anything, needs to be rewritten.

I tried to complete an online booking prior to moving to the area, and she called me as soon as she saw I had started entering my information to make sure I didn't book the wrong size. When we arrived, she showed us a comparable unit to make sure it would fit our needs, and it ended up being the perfect size!

Admin wasn't friendly, high price for a small storage space. Storage is unsafe, because I have gotten bitten by a spider apon first meeting my container. Alright security, but most importantly no risk of a container break-in as i know for now

Customer service was great. I was able to do most of this over the phone, though I highly recommend going to see the unit in person first. I got a 10x15 and was not informed about a smaller entrance until move in date. There was also a beam in the storage which limited our ability to use the wall, flush. I was offerred to change the unit on the day I moved in but my family members were in a rush and I did not feel comfortable taking more of their time up to sign a new application...so I would have requested another unit the day I rented (had I seen the unit). Otherwise, I expected a typical 10x15 with the "standard" wide door. The owners were very good about communicating expectations towards safety measures which I very much appreciated. They have done much safety improvements. The storage was well lit. Aside from the unit I am in, I am happy with the service provided, and safety features/improvements.

Climate control...plus I love that it is NOT 24 hour access. Customer service is great. Location allows for easy in and out without traffic battles and someone lives on site. Very clean and well maintained.

This has been the best storage ever. I made a call this Move it and they told me right away they had available storage. Just to go in and that they would take care of me. Well I went the next day and turns out the lady I spoke to on the phone was the person taking care of my paperwork. She is a great person and great personality. You will never have to go in there and get bad attitude. I got my storage right there on the spot and I have had nothing but great service. The great thing also there is always someone on the property at all times. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Honestly to anyone. You won't regret it I promise you that.

I've been with this location for two years and wish I had gone there sooner. It's safe, secure and the staff is wonderful. Everyone is always friendly and you actually get a human on the phone when you call unlike some other storage places in town. I give it the highest rating. This place is great!
