I recently rented a unit at this public storage facility and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me great peace of mind about storing my belongings there. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage solutions and exceptional customer service. Five stars all the way!

I have been with Move it self storage for the last four years and I have to say that I love it here. My items in my unit has never been compromised unlike other locations also the staff has been nothing short of amazing, Maggie especially the amazing personality as well as her empathy, customer service has always been top of her game, I have found myself taking notes from her for my job lol. I've had a storage unit here for several years and I always receive top notch customer service! I recently moved out of smaller unit into one slightly larger. They were able to keep in the same building and on the same floor. Management is very considerate of the individual, they ensured I made that transition in the most cost effective way possible and worked with me on when I would be able to move my stuff. On top of all that, the facility itself is always clean and secure and I love that the inside units are climate controlled. Never had any issues with my property being damaged due to weather conditions. Overall great people and great facility!

I couldn’t have imagined getting a storage unit being any easier than that. Prices were direct(and affordable), property was clean and easy to navigate, entire process from arriving to having a unit took maybe 20mins including walking me to different options, and lastly the staff (shout out to Maggie) was superb and informative throughout the whole experience. So yeah, if you’re looking to get a storage unit then go here.

I stored my household goods here for 4 months and couldn’t have asked for a better storage experience. I would go back a few times a month to either add things or remove things and it was seamless every time. The employees are very personable and very willing to talk to you and answer questions Very friendly people and very secure storage spaces. I will definitely recommend.

The ladies at move it storage saved me so much money I was going to purchase another storage however, they allowed me to transfer my storage to a larger unit. Ultimately saving me money. If this is for the facility on wheels, 4200 Black Canyon Highway the woman that runs that place is just awesome. I’m in the best service I’ve ever had at a storage facility. Hands-down I do a lot of storage auctions so I’ve been to numerous dozens of storage facilities and this place has definitely outdone all the rest. I actually got a personal unit at this particular facility just because well I needed it first of all but what really sold me was excellent service

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Maggie and Amanda with our storage unit. It’s been a several month process moving from out of state. We picked Move It Storage blindly. Maggie has been our advocate for quite some time in getting us the best unit possible and keeping us updated when we eventually had to lock in our unit. We needed more space and she made the unit available. Maggie is an absolute sweetheart. My husband asks a lot of questions, she was way more patient than I could ever be. Once we got to Texas, we were delighted to learn our new home is less than 5 minutes away. We highly recommend this place. It’s clean, newer facility, flatbeds available for loading, and the staff is amazing.

Been renting here since 2019. New owner is wonderful, attentive and accommodating. Nice state of the art buildings. They just added extra security to doors of buildings too. Plan on renting a second space as soon as one is available.
