Able to complete reservation online, which helps, but the web portal leaves things to be desired: I have my own property insurance, but site wouldn't let me complete the process without agreeing to the extra insurance charges. Also, when I realized my contact information was incomplete, I couldn't edit it.

I enjoyed the ease of being able to book a storage over the internet and not have to talk with someone. Then the instructions to access our unit was a breeze!

Used Move It Storage in Bryan, TX for my US-based storage over the past few years. Aubrey, the local manager, runs a tight ship. The floors were always clean, lights always in working order. The temperature control was cool even when the temp outside was over 100. Well maintained units and buildings. I wasn't in very often, but the times I popped in were frictionless. Rarely ran into other clients though the ones I did meet were also helpful and friendly. I picked the location because it is close to the airport, and Aubrey seemed to know what she was doing. I tried two other storage companies in BCS previously - would not recommend those (lights often wouldn't turn on, visible vermin, flooding, etc.). Aubrey at Move It in Bryan was a big improvement over my other BCS storage attempts. Strongly recommend.

This place is pretty awesome. I live close and am storing while remodeling. So far, my stuff has been safe. The property is clean. The 2 managers I have dealt with are professional and accommodating. The current manager worked with me when I was having difficulties and needed a larger unit. So far so good.

The place is very clean and easily navigable. The business over all looks new and well maintained. Security seems to be very thorough, and looks like it is in a safe location. One thing I have noticed is the doors do not catch. Often I encounter the doors have difficulty closing as a trademark for older facilities.

The process of moving my stuff into the storage was smooth. Pretty clean place and it's quite. The employee that helped me was really nice and the process was smooth. The pricing was so good and reseasonable.

Extremely easy, fast and great service. Quite the steal on climate controlled rooms as well. We had a little trouble with the gate (me losing the card in 2 minutes flat) and our property manager was more than helpful with assisting my forgetfulness. 11/10 all around. The customer service person was knowledgeable and professional. We had a death in the family which is the reason for needing the storage unit and she was compassionate and sensitive to the situation. I appreciated her customer service.

I really liked that you can reserve your storage online, however I did encounter a small problem trying to complete the lease. I called the office and the manager helped me through the whole process and in no time I had my storage number and gate code. Excellent customer service!! The storage room was clean and spacious.

Both ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. I priced and talked to several storage units in Bryan and College Station and nothing compared to Move it Self Storage. Prices and customer services are truly their strong point! They make you feel welcomed help you decide on what’s best for your storage needs! Really excited that we chose them and looking forward to working with them! We moved from San Antonio to Bryan and they made our transition really easy and NOT stressful! everything was great! The clerk was very polite and informative, the facility is neat and clean. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because of the limited gate access. extend access to at least midnight, 10 p.m. is a bit early.

Was very impressed with the facility and the ease of getting in and out of all the rows that you drive on. Even though I moved from a 10x20 unit from one of your sister companies in Cibolo Texas, this unit being the same size seem to be much bigger for some reason. Maybe I just did better at packing it I don't know. Love how wide the door was to the unit. Only thing I think to be improved on would be to provide flat carts for moving boxes in and out easier than carrying them. The location I moved from had those in the building for people to use. It's a very very good asset to have. But overall I like this location & would recommend it.

Indoor units are very nice 👍 driving through to get where the units are 👌 almost ran over nails & screws a few times should not be worried about getting a flat life is complicated enough.

I have never had a bad experience here, so it would've been 5 stars, but my rent went up and I havent even been here a whole year. So, 3 stars is all I could muster.

We have used their facilities for four years. They have always been very helpful both on the phone and when we have been on site. The facilities are always very clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Friendly service clean secure facility. Im unsure if the staff in the office I recently updated my account info with is New or in addition to the ones i originally meet when opening account. My need to go into the office is rare, so rare infact I've been in there 3 times within the year I've had my unit here. Which is a great thing for me because i dont have time to go back and fourth over things changing or there to be problems. I have been fortunate enough to still be issue free with the facility and staff.. i have always been greeted with courtesy and respect. My only complaint or issue would be hours of access. If it had 24hr access id be more than satisfied with this storage company. However over all still a great place and experience for me .

They were awesome! The service was fantastic, both with the initial set - up. I had actually made the reservation on line, sight unseen. But they were very accommodating, and helpful. In showing me the actual location of the storage units and explaining how the system worked. Later, when I asked for changes, they worked with me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

I love this Storage Facility. It is well maintained, safe and secure, and the staff is super friendly. Being in a college town other facilities take it upon themselves to charge outrageous rates. Not Move It. They are very reasonable!

Aggie student who now lives out of state and has had a storeroom for more than 5 years. A few communication glitches over the years, but generally easy access, rates reasonable, good staff, and help when requested.

I love this storage area. I've never had any issues with them concerning my unit, it is climate controlled and gate secured. It is also easily accessible with your car, but its not in the middle of a crowded neighborhood or anything so you don't have people walking around the area. I definitely recommend it.

Been very happy with my experience here. Only thing that I would remind you is that if you need to enter the property 24 hours a day (like if your tailgate ran later than midnight) to let the manager know so they can change your account access.

My husband and I have had a storage unit at Move It Self Storage for several years. They have always been helpful and courteous in every way. Recently, we downsized our storage unit size and got rid of a bunch of things that we no longer needed. The assistant manager was very helpful and polite. I can honestly say that we have never been dissatisfied with our storage needs here.

Good place to keep your goods. Prices are what they say they are and they don't increase your rent every year like other places do. We've been here since 2010. Although there are many places closer to our house, we feel this is a safe place with honest management.

We have used this facility for climate control storage for personal belongings as well as our tailgate supplies. The storage units and grounds are super clean and well maintained. Angel and Brittany have been very helpful and have provided awesome customer service! Thank you for a great experience!
