Never had an issue, I had my storage since June 2022 , and ended it February 2023 and billing was easy , getting access in and out was easy , only con is driving through narrow space

Faye made the rental process easy. She explained everything. I filled out all the paperwork via email and electronic signature. The facility is nice. It has good drainage and I won't worry about water rising. Property has good fencing and manager lives on property.

I am very satisfied with every aspect of getting my storage unit. Management was very friendly and courteous and the office was very clean. My storage unit was very clean and easy to get to.

When I needed a storage unit cause I'm moving, Faye was on it she was so polite, I was at work was unable to meet in person. We done everything on the phone. That was so excellent for me. I'm very happy with my unit yes I would recommend for anyone to use this move it self storage

Needed a rental unit near my house and called move it self storage. The staff is great and they got me set up in a few hours. Very pleased with the entire process.

Only downfall is it takes the gate a min to close and to drive thru is like a Rollercoaster without power. The entire staff are great

I give a five star. Ms Faye Deatherage is an asome woman i couldnt ask for a better assistant. The only thing i hate about the storage is the early gate closing hour. Will probably relocate soon so i can access my things when i need them instead of my hands being tied, and work progress standing still because of the early closing hour.

I would HIGHLY recommend MOVE IT Self storage to anyone needing space. The space I got was CLEAN and very spacious! I worked with Michael and he went out of his way to make I was happy with the unit and the service there. If you need storage and if you're in that area...That's your place. The other renters seem to be pretty nice as well. They wave and say Hello as they pass by. 2 Thumbs Waaaay Up!!!

I was needing a particular size storage and was really pushed for time in finding one since I am moving shortly. I called Move it Self Storage and the representative told me about this unit here as well as the cost and asked me if it would fit my needs. Shortly after I got off the phone with him; Mike called me. He was so nice, and asked me several questions and told me the hours that he was opened until. I did go and get the storage unit the same day, when I got there he had swept it out for me and showed me where it was and during the whole process of the paperwork he was extremely courteous and professional to me. And I want to take time out to thank him and let anyone know if they are looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go...

I had called in to reserve a uhaul truck. And showed up at a different location. So I went up the street. Came in to Michaels location and he was do friendly and was very knowable of his services. Just an over all great guy. I will use him again and refer his location to others. Thanks Michael

Michael was the best. It really sucked moving all of stuff in the dog days of summer but this guy made it so much easier. The unit was clean and he even gave us a lock. Great instructions and the price was the lowest we could find.

Customer service is hard to find now and days but i found it here. The unit was cleaned out before I moved in and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend to anybody who needs extra space.
