The process was simple, Amanda was helpful, I was given a discount and a free lock lock. You can access your storage from 6 am to 9 pm which is very convenient.

Amanda was very helpful and funny, she showed us the unit we would be leasing and made the process easy and enjoyable. We also got a discount and free lock. The storage facility itself is large, and requires a code to get in the gate so it feels very safe. I think it's definitely the best storage facility in the area.

I went in on May 31st to speak about renting a storage unit. The manager Amanda was not only very knowledgeable and helped me choose the size unit I needed But she was very friendly and very personable and an all-around great person! I am very happy that I decided to rent here and I will send anyone I know looking for a storage unit to the same place.

Thank god lauri is finally gone and now that she is I can give this place a 5 star rating only because of Rose. She is great at what she does and is the best at her job. I have used this facility off and on for several years as needed and would recommend it highly. It is kept clean and prices for the units are reasonable. The new management has made improvements to the customer service and onsite conditions. I am very satisfied with the new owners and this facility.

Moved last month after the new management took over and it has been a wonderful experience. I used to have a locker there years ago and the place was not kept up with like it is now. I met Josh they day I moved in and he made sure that my experience was a memorable one. The place now looks great and no more potholes. Thanks Josh!!!!!!!!!

i have been at this place over or around 2 years now and it is much better now that the ownership has changed. i am no longer forced to have 10 dollar a months fee for insurance which i did not want or need. staff is good and helps out faster than before, also you get a free disk lock as well so go rent a spot :)

I have had a storage unit here for a little over a year. I haven't had any problems except mold on my recliner but I do not have a climate controlled unit so nothing to fault the company about. Every time I call I get a friendly voice!

The reservation process was handled quickly and smoothly. I received the unit I needed at the price I wanted to pay. I have been there several times (often after dark) and have always felt like the facility was safe and secure with plenty of light. I'm very satisfied with the service I have received.
