Too pricey for the space you rent
Update: Since the original post Move-It Self-Storage called and apologized and will now accommodate me by allowing automatic access to my unit between the 1st and 5th of the month. Original post: I've been a customer/renter for business purposes here for about 3 years. The payment date falling on the 1st of the month was a bit difficult to make. So I requested that payments be drafted on the 5th of the month. I was told to put the request in writing which I did. Month after month I am locked out of my storage unit on the 2,3,4 until they draft payment on the 5th. When asked why I am being denied automatic access I was told that it's a "courtesy" that they let me in at all. Very poor customer service and a bad attitude.
