Promotions and Offers

Rental Promotions apply to new customers only and are subject to specific unit sizes/features and availability. Other restrictions, taxes, fees, and administrative fees may apply; see contract for full details. Unless otherwise stated, specials are not available on transfers or additional spaces. All pricing is subject to change. A reservation is required to guarantee a price. Unless otherwise stated, all reservations expire 14 days after the date that they are placed.

All unit sizes are approximate and may vary slightly from the size estimate. Online specials and pricing are only available for rentals and reservations made online; in-store pricing and specials may differ.

All units are on month-to-month contracts. Prices and specials are subject to change at any time with a 30-day notice as outlined in the rental contract.

Promotional web rates or website discounts are valid for 4 months after move in. After a 4-month time period, the discount will expire and the unit will return to the standard rate.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Move It Self Storage, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the website and services, including but not limited to out of your violation of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

It is the customer's responsiblity to provide Move It Self Storage with a 7-day written vacate notice prior to moving out (terminating the lease contract). When a 7-day written notoce to vacate has been received, the customer may request that any unused full months of rent be refunded by Move It Self Storage. These refunds shall be processed via check, no credit card or cash refunds will be provided, and the handling time is approximately 4-6 weeks. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an up-to-date forwarding address. Move It Self Storage does not refund any partial or prorated amount of a paid month.

Merchandise purchases are final. Defective merchandise may be replaced with a similar item or an item of equal or lesser value.
